AUD per private sedan, including GST, for up to 3 guests subject to luggage. One-way fares apply in either direction, with one pickup and one drop-off. Return transfers cost twice the one-way fare. Attraction entry is additional. Cape Tribulation and Tablelands transfers receive a fixed quote based on the destination and journey requirements.
Standard pickup hours: 6am–9pm. Pickups before 6am or at/after 9pm: +20%. Public holidays: +15%. If both apply, only the higher surcharge is charged. Your complete price is confirmed before booking.

Extra time after 8 hours is $140 per hour, subject to availability and agreed before extending the day. Shorter hire is charged for the booked duration. Other pickup areas are quoted separately. Includes your vehicle, driver and bottled water; meals, admissions, cruises, ferry and special parking charges are additional.

Cape Tribulation journeys operate on sealed public roads and established visitor routes. Routes may change with weather, road conditions or ferry delays. The service does not operate on the Bloomfield Track or four-wheel-drive routes.

Are prices per passenger or per vehicle?
All displayed prices are for the private vehicle, not per person.
How many guests can travel?
Airport transfers suit up to two guests with luggage. Local hire and scenic journeys can accommodate up to three guests, subject to luggage requirements.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
Flight arrivals are monitored and pickup times are adjusted. Airport waiting includes 45 minutes after actual domestic landing or 90 minutes after actual international landing. We will advise you before chargeable waiting begins. Please provide the correct flight number when booking.
Can we create our own Tablelands or Cape Tribulation itinerary?
Yes. Scenic journeys are flexible. Tell us what interests you and we will help shape a practical route within your booked time.
Are lunch and attraction fees included?
Private hire includes the sedan, driver and bottled water. Meals, admissions, cruises, ferry charges and special parking fees are additional and itemised in your quote before booking.
Can we add extra time?
Yes. A full touring day includes 8 hours. After 8 hours, additional time is $140 per hour, subject to availability and agreed before extending the day. Additional time on shorter hire is also $140 per hour. Pre-booked transfer stops or chargeable waiting are $30 per started 15 minutes.
Are child seats available?
Pre-book a child or booster seat for $20 per seat per transfer leg, or $20 per seat for a continuous touring booking. Children and infants count towards the three-guest limit. Please confirm luggage and seat requirements with us.
Are there after-hours or public-holiday surcharges?
Pickups before 6am or at/after 9pm attract a 20% surcharge. Public holidays attract 15%. When both apply, only the higher 20% surcharge is charged. Required extras are confirmed in the total before booking.
